Judge Fergus will sit in Tullamore Courthouse on the 12th January and adjourn all matters listed for the two-week civil and family law sessions for Portlaoise Circuit Court sitting at Tullamore Courthouse for week commencing Tuesday the 26th January, 2021 (Family Law hearings) and the week commencing Tuesday the 2nd February, 2021 (Civil hearings).
All matters listed for hearing on those 2 weeks will be formally adjourned to the next County Registrar's Callover List at Portlaoise Courthouse on the 10th March, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. to set new hearing dates.
On the 12th January, 2021, Judge Fergus will rule any consent matters or any URGENT cases which are listed for the 2 weeks commencing Tuesday the 26th January, 2021.
Judges Johnson, Fergus and Comerford will be available to deal with all urgent applications and matters that arise until 31 January, 2021.
The situation will be further reviewed on the 26th January, 2021 and further directions will issue at that stage.
